He dazzled and captured the hearts of the nation with his magical touch on an ordinary interior space by transforming them into breath-taking finishing, whilst once again gained another title - “Raja Hias” / “the Design King” for this contribution to the industry.

2008 Eric charmed the nation once again with a new lifestyle based talk show 'JOM ! Bersama Eric', catering to the ever growing demand on Eric on TV. He followed that up with more Start A Biz, Global Brand Forum & Creative Home.

There are 3 more weeks got my Final exam and currently I have my assignment need to submit, few test need to go and I have to prepare marketing report presentation, all come together this peak period. Fortunately, Calvin song brought me to Santubong before this crazy moment.

Wow… it is a sunny day. Within the road trip, we are surrounded by the natural green.

Yeah…the famous Culture Village of Sarawak. Here is where every single July that World rainforest musical plays.

The traditional stuffs that u can found in the village, that is wonderful.

Green environment can make you feel comfortable and let your mind feel fresh, I think if you got something unhappy then here can make you feel better, rather you go Pub and drunk. Natural is just big surrounding us; we are just a little dot. lol

It is a pleasure for me that I can went to Singapore and experience what developed country like.

we went to Singapore by Tiger airline and back to Kuching by using Air Asia. If you want me to compare both of them which are good one then I think I might choose the second one… (For Overall)

When I in Singapore, 60% of transportation we used am MRT, it is very convenient, fast, and cheap. You can go most of the major place in Singapore you want.

The first destination we go is Chinatown, we there to find the Vegetarian food and Chinese traditional building, over there you can see a lot tourist especially some western people.

The hotel we stay is called Amara at Tanjung Pagar, per night for S$ 200, it is the cheaper price we try found in Singapore.

The favourite place in Singapore I like is Orchard Road, good atmosphere… below images are random scenes I took :-

One thing I got to praise Singapore is their public toilet is clean and nice decoration and let me want to stay for a while and took a pic. Hehe….

Even now Singapore economics is growing slow, because of global economic crisis, but I can see that still many tourists and people are all around shopping complex and I see the buying power is strong if compare to Kuching.

I see a lot of thing I desire to own them but everything in Singapore is more expensive than Malaysia, therefore I only bought a T-shirt as a “souvenir” within this trip. :(

By MRT no for a while, you can go any destination you want; here we go to Reffles City, the best place to shop, like suntec etc. Over there you can find a lot of shopping complex, I sure if you want to spend shopping for a day that is no enough for you.

A classic hotel we met in Singapore, you can see the old time concept combine with modern and appear some view are different you never feel.

Singapore National Library. Free online, enjoy reading and completed facility. There is where to develop and upgrade our mind. No bad if dating girl there, because you can save the money. Hahaha…. kidding... gentlemen no that stingy.

Blockbuster movies’ books. I still prefer sitting and see the movie rather than spending mind to read.

I see the news state that Kuching water front will upgrade and expand soon. I hope Sarawak government can consider follow the concept of what Singapore done and manage it efficiently and effectively.

OMG! How come there are many glamour girls walk inside to the Bar. I feel want to join, but I think no at the right time, yeah… trip with parents (swt) better behave yourself KF.

The final location we go is Vivo City, the building is designed by Japanese, it looks very modern.

At the back of the building, there is a play ground for kids, Seaside, and opposite is Sentosa.

On the way to Airport, then I just know I miss it- Singapore Flyer the new landmark of Singapore.

Go Forest with Henry and his 3 dogs

Today after my class then my classmate Henry brought me go to the forest that near his house, and he brought his 3 dogs also, that is my first time go into a forest and I expect to experience the natural and breath the fresh air, but when go to the forest then better need to take care of yourself, yeah… might be hurt and Lose…

The forest we went is actually belong to Government army used, I no sure whether we can go in or no, but Henry told me that he went there before and he look so steady and his 3 dogs keep running separately by its own, therefore I feel that I am safe if joining them, But-

KF: Wow, that is cool, but Henry how come at the front seems like no way to go anymore.
Henry: I don’t know.
KF: How often actually you come to here?
Henry: every 3 months or 4 months.
KF: (……….) Are we lose now?
Henry: (…..) Don’t worry. Keep follow the sun.
KF: (………………………………………………… it is 5.15pm now man)

What to do? But I believe we no go too deep and the forest we go actually is commerce area and airport, so I think if “that” happen to me I think the percentage of alive or survived is 86%, but actually I am worry. lol

Yes… Just follow… Henry look calm and we enjoy seeing the different type of flora, some of the plant really surprising me which is very long and sharp and it is surrounding us that why I got a lot of spark after I survived from there…

Wow... it is huge and big right? Even your full palm can totally touch it. If you are attend to the exhibition and plants show that you are no allow to touch it. Yeah… worth it.

Don’t worry I am still following at the back…. Luckily we out before dark… hahaha… a good experience with you man, Mr. Henry.

Reasons to choose Vegetarian
1) Your health: prevent disease. Meat-eating has been linked with cancer, heart disease, strokes, diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, kidney stones, and many other devastating diseases. By eliminating meat from your diet you can take a crucial step towards a long life of health and happiness.

2) Increased energy and endurance: A vegetarian diet improves your stamina, concentration, and sense of well-being. In one study, athletes who switched to a vegetarian diet improved their endurance to almost 3 times as much as those who remained carnivorous.

3) Avoid toxic food contaminants: Flesh foods are loaded with dangerous poisons and contaminants such as hormones, herbicides and pesticides, and antibiotics. As these toxins are all fat-soluble, they concentrate in the fatty flesh of the animals. Not to mention the viruses, bacteria and parasites such as salmonella, trichinella and other worms, and toxoplasmosis parasites.

4) Humans are by design vegetarian: our flat teeth are perfect for grinding grains and vegetables, not for tearing apart animal flesh. Similarly, our hands are designed for gathering, not for flesh-ripping. Our saliva contains the enzyme alpha-amylase, the sole purpose of which is to digest the complex carbohydrates in plant foods. (This enzyme is not found in the saliva of carnivores.) Basically we have all the right apparatus to consume vegetarian products, and none of the right apparatus for flesh foods.

5) Care for the environment: by improperly using animals for food, we are eating ourselves off the planet. The raising of animals specifically to kill them and eat them has resulted in incredible waste and devastation of our precious resources. Just one example of the consequences is the fact that due to plundering our farmlands to fatten animals for slaughter, over 4 million acres of cropland are being lost to erosion in this country every year.

6) Help end world hunger: every day forty thousand children on this planet needlessly starve to death. According to the Department of Agriculture statistics, one acre of land can grow 20,000 pounds of potatoes. That same acre of land, when used to grow cattlefeed, can produce less than 165 pounds of edible cow flesh.

7) Become a more peaceful person: when we consume animal flesh products we are necessarily at odds with nature and our fellow living beings. Consumption of flesh foods has been scientifically linked with violent and aggressive behavior.

8) Have compassion for animals: animals who are raised for slaughter needlessly experience incredible suffering throughout their life and death. Many people try not to think of the torturous experiences of the animal whose flesh ended up in their hamburger or on their dinner table. But if it is distasteful to think about, consider what it is like to experience it.

9) Vegetarianism is moral and ethical: give the devastating consequences of meat eating on an individual, social and ecological level, as thinking, caring beings we should choose vegetarianism. Many great philosophers such as Plato, Socrates, Leo Tolstoy, and George Bernard Shaw have taught the morality of vegetarianism.

10) Animals are God's property and have a right to life: the living beings temporarily encaged in animal bodies are not here for us to harm and exploit. We are meant to act as caretakers and protectors of animals and the planet, not exploiters and killers. Many world religions, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Seventh Day Adventists, Mormons, and Jainists all teach that eating animal flesh is wrong.

To be vegetarian, then you will become sexy like Alicia Silverstone or me...
